Refund and Returns Policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At Aryans Design Den, we also offer authentic pre-loved designer wear that has been carefully checked and listed with full transparency. As some pieces are pre-owned, slight signs of wear or minor imperfections may be present — these are part of each garment’s story.
Before Dispatch
Every product is thoroughly authenticated and quality-checked before leaving our warehouse.
If your item arrives in a condition very different from its listing, email us within 5 working days at aryansdesignden@gmail.com. We’ll happily relist the item for you at no extra cost.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are possible only for the same product and size, subject to availability.
All shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
Since each item is unique, refunds are not available.
However, approved returns can be:
- Exchanged for another product, or
- Converted into store credit valid for 6 months.
If a wrong item is delivered, we’ll collect it for free and send the correct one once we receive it back.
RETURN PROCESS
- Email aryansdesignden@gmail.comwith your order number & product code.
- Ship the product within 7 daysafter approval.
- Items must be unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
Used, damaged, or tagless items won’t qualify for return or exchange.
OTHER DETAILS
- Color variations due to screen display are not considered faults.
- Late returns (after 7 days) are accepted only at our discretion.
- Faulty products are those with genuine defects not mentioned in the listing.
