RETURNS

1. All garments are made to order, so we do not offer returns or exchanges.

3. Returns will not be accepted for color differences. Please confirm colors before ordering.

-EXCHANGES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders:

Size exchanges are generally not possible due to high shipping and customs costs.
 If you can return the garment to us with duties prepaid, we may allow a size exchange.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

Any defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Replacement for defective items will be processed within 1 month from the date of delivery.
Missing stones, minor thread pulls, and small finishing variations typical of handcrafted garments are not considered defects.
